Abstract

Recently, in order to efficiently utilize the national R&D budget and expand transparency in the development of weapon system, it is expanding the need for using technologies owned by civil government-funded research institutes. This paper aims to introduce the concept of utilization of technology in the civil government-funded research institutes, the quantitative evaluation methodology and the facilitating policies in the process of requirements validation of weapon system.
